  1. Nature of Services and One-Time Transactions
    Service Description: Yardweedpull provides exclusive, hands-on, manual outdoor garden weed extraction labor performed on-site at the customer’s specified property address.

One-Time Purchases: All purchases and service orders conducted through www.yardweedpull.com are strictly one-time transactions. Unless explicitly agreed upon through a separate, formal written agreement, no service transaction constitutes an ongoing subscription, recurring billing arrangement, or automated periodic renewal.

  1. Service Delivery and Execution
    Services are fulfilled on-site following order confirmation and appointment scheduling via email (weeding@yardweedpull.com) or telephone (+359 877507518).

The customer must ensure proper physical access to the outdoor garden area at the mutually agreed appointment time.

Execution of the manual labor constitutes the complete and final delivery of the booked service session.

  1. Waiver of Withdrawal Right for Immediate Service Delivery
    In accordance with European consumer protection standards (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent Bulgarian legislation governing distance and off-premises contracts):

By placing an order and requesting the commencement of our on-site manual garden services, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the service performance begins immediately or as soon as scheduled.

Once service delivery or preparation for execution has commenced, the user explicitly waives their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal and refund.

No cancellations or refunds will be granted once the manual work has been initiated or completed on-site.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    Yardweedpull performs all manual garden maintenance tasks with professional diligence. However, we assume no liability for pre-existing landscape conditions, hidden root anomalies, weather-related occurrences following service completion, or damages resulting from incorrect property and boundary information provided by the customer.

Nothing in these terms shall operate to exclude or restrict liability where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory provisions of Bulgarian or European Union law.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes arising out of or in connection with www.yardweedpull.com shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union legislation. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
