Welcome to Yardweedpull (www.yardweedpull.com). All purchases and service orders conducted through our website are one-time transactions for manual, on-site outdoor garden weed extraction services. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or ongoing automated renewals.

- Waiver of Withdrawal Right for Digital and Service Delivery
In strict compliance with European consumer protection standards and Bulgarian legislation governing distance and off-premises service contracts:
Digital service fulfillment and scheduling begin immediately upon order confirmation and processing.
Once digital confirmation, service scheduling, or performance has commenced, the user explicitly waives their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal and refund.
As these are personalized, on-site physical labor services initiated digitally, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted once the scheduling or service execution process has started.
- Refund Eligibility and Timeframes
Due to the nature of labor-intensive on-site garden maintenance and digital processing:
Pre-Service Cancellation Window: Customers may request a cancellation and full refund only if the request is submitted via email to weeding@yardweedpull.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled on-site service appointment time.
Non-Refundable Circumstances: No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, for missed appointments where property access is denied, or after the manual weed removal service has been performed.
Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 14 business days following the formal written confirmation of the refund approval by Yardweedpull.
- Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
